- How do I book my appointment? After checkout is completed, you’ll gain access to a digital PDF. Once you download the PDF file, open it up and then click on the green button to be redirected to my appointment booking page. If the availability you see on my booking page doesn’t work with your schedule, please reach out with your preferred appointment dates or include your availability in the comments section during checkout.
- How does the consultation work? Please come prepared to discuss any questions or challenges that you need help with as it relates to digital marketing and business development. Upon hearing your questions, I may ask some clarifying follow-up questions and then I’ll proceed to provide you with personalized, detailed solutions. Within 24 hours after the consultation, you’ll receive a recap document that includes recommended next steps for you to take, helpful resources, and insightful tips.
- Is this consultation in-person or online? For the time being, all consultations are held via digital video conferencing (Zoom) or over the phone (depending on the nature of the call).
- Refunds/Cancellations: Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to me. As such, I make it a top priority to get straight to the point and provide you with as much clarity within 45-minutes as humanly possible. Due to the nature of this particular service, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations on consultations that have already been completed. However, if you would like to cancel or receive a refund 5 days prior to an appointment date I am more than happy to provide you with one. However, once this time frame has passed you will not be eligible.
